Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom work or pet portraits. If you are on a payment plan then payments are non-refundable and your commission will only be started after your portrait is paid in full.

Finished work

I reserve the right to post photos of the finished work and use my images for ads or other promotional material and features from publications. I hold the copyright for the final embroidered piece.

Reference photos

I cannot use any copyrighted images without permission. Your reference photos may be used for “reference vs. embroidery” images on my social media or used in similar circumstances.

Lost Packages

All packages are sent with tracking info. If an item does not reach you I will work with you to locate it. If a package is stolen, please file a mail theft report with your police. If in the end the package is not located, you will have the option to get a refund for your order or have a new item made and shipped out.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Cancellations

In the event that a custom item is ordered and I receive no input or reply from the buyer, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order after 1 month. If an item is finished and the buyer has not responded or given the approval to ship, the item will be held until a reply from the buyer is received.

Order Sketches

Before starting a custom order you will be sent a sketch of your pet portrait or personalized embroidery. This sketch is not to be copied, redistributed, or used as a reference for other pieces of work.
